"Pretty solid lash trays, honestly"
I’ve ordered from Lash Box LA a handful of times now, their lash trays have been damn consistent for me.
The curls and lengths are usually what I expect, and I don’t run into a bunch of weird strips or random mixed sizes, which is nice because that crap is so annoying. I did have one tray where a few lashes were being stubborn as hell and didn’t fan as easily, but it wasn’t a big deal.
I’m giving 4 stars because they’re not perfect every single time, but overall I trust them way more than some other brands I’ve tried that were kind of a mess.

"Not as comfy as I hoped"
I really wanted to like this, but it started feeling heavy quickly and just wasn’t comfortable for long. I also got different answers when I asked about it, which was frustrating because it felt like no one was on the same page. Overall, not a great experience for me.

"Really good lash trianing"
I had a great experience with this lash training. It was easy to follow and the teacher explained everything in such a calm way, which made it way less stressful. I felt so much more confident after the class, defintely worth it.

"Sorta exactly what I needed"
I reached out when I was having an issue, and they got back to me fast. They were able to fix it without much back and forth, which was sorta a relief.

"Order was mostly right!!"
I got my order and most of it was right!!! One of the lash sizes was wrong, which was a little annoying, but I can still use it!!

"Packaging was really bad"
The box showed up completely crushed, i don’t have the patience for this kind of thing. It should’ve been packed better before shipping.

I ordered from LashBox LA and the order did go through, so I’ll give them that. But the site felt kind of slow for me, and of course I had to be the one clicking around extra just to find some basic product info. That part got annoying fast. Checkout was simple enough once I got there, but the whole experience just felt like it could’ve been easier. Not the worst, but I wish it had been smoother.

"Didn’t stay on well for me"
I really wanted to love these tbh, but the retention just wasn’t it for me. I followed the care steps carefully, but the lashes still started coming off way earlier than I expected.

By the end of the week they were looking patchy and I had to fill them in again. For the price, I’m disappointed and prob won’t be buying them again.

"Shipping was faster than I thought"
I ordered from LashBox LA the shipping was quicker than I expected. I got the tracking email the next day, which made me feel like the order was actually moving along.

The package ended up arriving a little earlier than the estimated date, so that was a nice surprise. Nothing over the top, just an easy order with no long wait or hassle.

I’m giving it 4 stars only because the tracking didn’t update for about a day, so I wasn’t totally sure where it was. But overall, I’m happy with the experience and would order from them again

"Cute, but not all that"
The lashes looked really nice at first and felt super light, which was a win. But after using them, a few pairs kinda lost their shape and didn’t hold up that great. They’re okay overall, but for the price, I expected a bit more. Not bad, just not amazing ya know?

"I just don’t think it’s worth what..."
I just don’t think it’s worth what they’re charging. I don’t mind paying more when something truly delivers, but this felt a bit unfair for what you actually get.

"Didn’t hold like I hoped"
I tried this adhesive on a few sets, and it just didn’t last for me. By the end of the first week, retention was already weak, even though I prepped the same way I normally do. I also expected a faster response when I reached out, especially considering the price. Maybe it works better for other people, but I was disappointed.

"Refund took forever"
My return was accepted quickly, so I thought the refund would be simple. But this is where it got annoying, the money took way too long to come back, and every time I contacted support, I just got short, unhelpful replies. The whole thing felt dragged out for no reason. I don’t think I’d buy from them again.
